If you have any issues or questions, our helpdesk can be contacted by emailing tao_support@astro.swin.edu.au. When doing this, please include as much information as you can so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Your email should include (at a minimum):

• your TAO username and the email address you registered with;
• a description of the problem, comment, or question;
• the ID (job number) of the mock catalogue that the query relates to, if relevant.

TAO is run by a small team, so please be patient as we get to your query.
